At the begining of spring the rain clouds bring a wealth of life forth after the short days of winter. The color of spring is always though to be green. But the faeries know the sun filtering through the warming spring air also reveals a lovely light blue sky. The color of which is captured in this lovely necklace of 2mm turquois stones. The faeries have two birthstones for April. The diamond for the wealthy fareies and the cubic zirconia for the more economically minded. This month we have the lovely cubic zirconia Faerie birthstone ring. You can special order a real diamond but of course the price will depend on what size and quality stone you want. Look for dragonflies in your garden about this time of year. I have seen some that are scarlet and some that are brilliant cobalt blue. It's fascinating to watch them hovering in one place then dart off in an instant. This is very pretty on the turquoise necklace shown this month.
